He loves a good coat

Cobain LOVES this time of year. When it gets cold enough to where we both have to wear coats. And Cobain loves coats. Any kinda really. He will lay and nom on our winter coats which have a fuzzy like lining to them. Then he will lay on a wind breaker like coat that my boyfriend has to wear to work. A lot of times when I come home from work I will find him laying on top of one of my boyfriends two coats. He likes to leave them out for him to lay on. Some times when I pile them up on the floor he will try to lay on top of them. Then if you need your coat to go, don't think you won't have to fight him for it. He won't move an inch. And he will give you those "please don't take the coat eyes" and sometimes if we are in no hurry we will actually wait for him to get off of the coat. He can be such a spoiled little thing.

In other Cobain news he has been chasing around Pako still. He will now lay on the ottoman in the living room, or he will lay in the crack of the ottoman and the couch. ( I'll post pictures of that later) But that is about it for this big ol' cat. He's just enjoying life and loving that he has a nice warm home and food every day.

Update about the Kitten

Sorry about not being around much. Cobain hasn't been having many good adventures as of late. His latest thing is he likes to lay on my backpack that I use to carry my laptop in. Today he actually fought me for the backpack. I was working on packing up my computer and as I was sliding it in the little compartment Cobain was trying to get into it at the same time. I shooed him away, but he turned right around and decided that he was going to win this war.
Also Cobain seems to like my laptop a lot. He likes to rub against it and sit on it when i'm not looking. I'm fairly sure that when we sleep at night he spends part of the night on my laptop. Also he likes to rub up against the back of it and just I guess mark it as his own.
Cobain also has an attachment to my phone. The other day when I was texting someone he rubbed up against it, then bit it. At the time I didn't realize how hard he bit it. But then last night while looking at my phone I saw tooth marks on the corner of it. That little shit. I also think it sorta gave him a shock or it vibrated at that moment because he let go fairly quick.
Cobain still battles me for my side of the bed. He will lay on top of the blanket trapping me in it very often. Yesterday morning I was trying to get up without disturbing my boyfriend but it was hard because Cobain was just laying on the blanket and would not get up no matter how much I nudged him. So I had to bring my knees up to my chest and bring my legs out of the blanket that way. He is such a little pest sometimes. But we love him.
Also as of the past few weeks we have noticed that we don't have to fill up his food dish everyday. At first we thought he was sick because he wasn't going number two. Turns out he must have been a little sick must have been from his diet change. Because guess what, he started to eat dog food. Yup that's right dog food. Sure it's all made of the same stuff with a few different ingredients for each. But still we have a 10lb bag of cat food just sitting around now. But as soon as he eats all the dog food we'll make sure not to buy that brand again so that he will eat his own food again. Then after he finishes this bad of cat food we will get him a beef flavored one. I'm sure he will enjoy that much more.
Cobain is also really fond of coats. Any coat that we leave on the bed he will crawl onto and make himself right at home. It doesn't matter if we are getting ready to leave or if we are just coming home. He will just lay right on top of it and refuse to get off. As always we have to pull it out from under him.
